Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 21 days from invoice date.
All orders returned after the 21 day period, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We will not accept any returns after 45 days from invoice date..
If you would like to make a return for a refund or credit, please follow the instructions below:
1. Repack your returning items in original condition.
2. Attach a copy of the original invoice with your return.
3. Give a brief reason for the return. Without a reasonable explanation, the return will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
4. Let us know if you would like a refund to your credit card or reserved credit on your account for your next order.
5. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are not refundable for all returns.

Shipping/Handling Policy
We use UPS as our shipping carrier.
The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance costs.

times listed below are estimated. Shipping charges depend on the weight and value of your
package. Your package is fully insured. Orders will be shipped out the same day if the they are
placed before 12:00PM Pacific Time; If they are placed after 12:00PM Pacific Time, they will be shipped
out the next business day.
Estimates are based on a 25 dozen Package (Standard Case). |

The total shipping cost depends on your shipping method,
weight and value of your package. Your package is fully insured.
The final shipping cost will be added to the total at Shipping Time.
Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit.
Product Availability
We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date.
Generally, we remove out-of-stock items from our product list immediately,
but sometimes we have the items when you placed your order but run out of them at delivery
time.
The out-of-stock items will be removed from your order and the rest of your order sent.
We will not resend you the items when the items become available again in our store. You will
have to re-order
them in a separate order.
Order Minimum
We require a minimum order of $100.00. If your order is less than $100.00, a $10.00
surcharge will be added to your total.
Please help us keep our operation cost down so we can pass the savings to all of you and your
customers.
