• Final Sales: Closeout and $3 Closeout Items are final sales and are not eligible for returns.

Restocking Fee:

• Late Returns: Returns made after the 21-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• No Returns: We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the invoice date.

How to Make a Return:

1. Repack the Items: Ensure that items are repacked in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Include Original Invoice: Attach a copy of the original invoice with your return.
3. Reason for Return: Provide a brief reason for the return. Without a reasonable explanation, the return may be subject to a restocking fee.
4. Refund Options: Indicate whether you would like a refund to your credit card or reserved credit on your account for future orders.

• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for all returns.
